When I think about all the creative ways that we use to communicate our ideas to someone else, it blows to my mind all the media resources that we have today. We can use this technology, to help others, to unify and to fight for a change.

One of my favorites from 150 fearless women is Lady Gaga. She is a singer with a lot of potential, with lots of influence on other people, and she’s fearless. I choose Gaga because she has this strong personality, that every time she does something people turn their heads to see what she’s doing.

With all this media around us, Gaga started to think about how to be more involved in projects to help others. She created this foundation with the help of Berkman Center from Harvard University, with MacArthur Foundation and The California Endowment, to create a better acceptance society and one of their main objectives is to embrace the difference and celebrate the individuality. “Don’t you ever let a soul in the world tell you that you can’t be exactly who you are.”(Lady gaga, 2011)

They want to create this safe community that would help each other to make this world a better place. Also they want to bring bullying to an end. So she’s developing all these projects, so that young people can better help each other and make this world a better place.

Gaga, in order to grasp the attention of all these young people, she started to dress in a unique way. Since 2011 to now, Lady Gaga made a revolution, and she started to call all her followers monsters. She knew every single person is different from one another, and every single human has this unique way of thinking. If collectively we all combine our great ideas, we can create something even bigger. Being a Change Agent is helping others to empower themselves, and she’s facilitating this change process in all these young people.

She is a great inspirational leader, and an emotionally intelligence person. She also has this positive outlook of varying circumstances that young people may encounter. Lady Gaga was hoping with this foundation, for it to develop into something really big; but this foundation would be nothing without you.

“You have to be unique, and different, and shine in your own way.” (Lady Gaga, 2011)
